Marathon Kids

The kids finished their marathons today.  And to think it only took them a few months to do it in.  They had a lot of fun today going down and finishing their last mile, getting the medals, etc.

Clarissa lost another tooth

Finding coins from around the world circulating here in the U.S. has always fascinated me.  Maybe it's just me, but I tend to know what I'm paying with - and wouldn't try to use another country's currency.

Record-breaking lows across the nation.  Record blizzards all over the place.  Seems the climate scientists from the 70's may have had it right after all - we're heading for a mini ice age.  Hey liberals - how's that global warming thing working out for you now?

I like the cold...

...but this is ridiculous.  The high tomorrow is supposed to be below freezing.  The wind chill is somewhere between the single digits and below zero.  Don't get me wrong - I don't want summer.  But then again, I don't want North Dakota's winters either.
